Returns & Exchange Policy

Its important to us here at little Eedie that you are happy with your order, products and service you have received with us. 

No returns are accepted for Hair Accessories, Swimwear or Underwear.

 

Here at Little Eedie, we accept returns with no questions. If you have changed your mind, or the product doesn't fit or are no longer in need of the items you have purchased, you are able to return your products for a credit note of the price you paid for the items less the postage cost. You will be responsible to pay for the return postage. Please email hello@littleeedie.com to obtain the return address. Please do not return to sender as we do on occasion use a 3PL service which means returning to sender will not come back to us. 

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items or promotional items may be returned, unfortunately items described as clearance items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

Please note : Returns are not valid for clearance items unless the item has a minor or major manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags still attached if applicable, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened where applicable.

To complete your return, you may be asked to provide a proof of purchase such as your order number and email address.

REFUNDS

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders.

Refunds or Returns are not accepted for Hair Accessories, Swimwear or Underwear unless covered under our faulty policy.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If your order has not yet shipped and you notify us within 7 days or less of placing your order, we will happily cancel your order and issue you a refund.  Please note that a $9.95 restocking/cancellation fee applies, for cancelled orders.  

FAULTY ITEMS

On the rare occasion, there may be a manufacturing fault with your item, due to no fault of your own. Please contact as soon as possible at hello@littleeedie.com to let us know and to obtain the return address to send your item/items to.

This item must be returned to us and inspected by our team prior to a remedy being offered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. To obtain a refund, the item must be a manufacturing fault which causes the item to be unworn or unusable and the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

If you are approved, and we cannot repair or replace this item, then a refund will be processed. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES ( If applicable )
Exchanges are accepted at anytime providing the items are new and unworn. We do not manually do exchanges, a credit will be given in the form of a code once the items have been returned. Our team will assist you in this process, please email hello@littleeedie.com for any help.

 

CONDITIONS OF AN EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with tags still attached where applicable, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened and unworn or unwashed.

To complete your exchange, you will need to have the item returned for inspection prior to the agreement of an exchange. 

If you need to return an item for an exchange, postage to return the item is your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund at the discretion of Little Eedie where the item is not deemed faulty, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your items are deemed faulty, the return shipping will reimbursed.
