Returns & Exchange Policy

Its important to us here at little Eedie that you are happy with your order, products and service you have received with us. 

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item you have received, we happily offer exchanges as per our policy below. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

For any items you wish to return due to change of mind, please contact our Customer Support Team by using the contact us page located at the bottom of this page and include your ORDER NUMBER & ITEM RETURNING so that the team can help you accordingly. 

Please note, a store credit will be issued for the total amount being returned and will exclude shipping.

The credit note will not have an expiry date and will be applicable for product to the same value store wide. 

Please note - We have a 14 day return policy, please get in touch prior to 14 days since the delivery of your parcel.

 

CONDITIONS OF AN EXCHANGE


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with tags still attached where applicable, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened and unworn or washed.

To complete your exchange, you may need to have the item returned for inspection prior to the agreement of an exchange. Please use the contact us page located at the bottom of this page for further assistance with your exchange.

If you need to return an item, postage to return the item is your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

 

REFUNDS 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. For Manufacturing Faults, please see below.

Little Eedie reserves the right to refuse a refund if a parcel is delayed through no fault of our own. This includes Custom delays, delays caused by the carrier responsible for delivering your parcel or natural disasters or other issues resulting in delays outside our control.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, some items from your order may be delayed. If you receive your order and may be missing something, please allow up to 45 days for this item to be received. A remedy, a store credit will be provided for any items delayed passed 45 days. 

 

MANUFACTURING FAULTS

If an item arrives to you with a manufacturing fault, meaning the item is completely unwearable or unusable, we are very sorry.

Please contact our Customer Care Team via the contact us page located at the bottom of this page for assistance. Please note, in accordance with the Small Business Compliance and in alliance with the ACCC, Little Eedie will offer a replacement, repair or another remedy for any manufacturing faults.

If you have a manufacturing fault and the team have requested it be returned for assessment, postage costs are covered by yourself. If the item is deemed faulty through no fault of your own, this cost may be reimbursed.

To be eligible to return items, you must contact the team prior to shipping the returns back to our warehouse. All returns are processed in our Melbourne warehouse.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once you place your order, we cannot alter, exchange or refund your order. On the rare occasion a cancellation may be issued, there is a $10.50 cancellation fee. This can be redeemed online.
